How Our Sourcing Process Works

1. Understand Your Needs

We begin with a short consultation to learn exactly what you’re looking for — product type, order quantity, customization options, packaging, and any special requirements. If needed, we will draft a request document in English & Chinese at no extra cost, ensuring your requirements are clearly communicated to Chinese suppliers.

2. Find Reliable Suppliers

From hundreds of options, we shortlist 3–6 suppliers based on company background, certifications, past customer reviews, and production capabilities. We then organize all the details in a comparison sheet to help your decision-making.

If we already have trusted suppliers we’ve successfully worked with, we will also share those contacts with you.

3. Get Competitive Quotes

We will get quotations from your chosen suppliers, which will include unit price, sample fees, minimum order quantity (MOQ), lead times, and payment terms. 

With extensive experience negotiating with Chinese suppliers, we help secure favorable terms on your behalf. For example, if you want a lower MOQ for customized products, we can discuss options with your suppliers to find a solution that works best for you.

4. Order Samples

Before mass production, we provide the design file for your confirmation and arrange product samples from selected suppliers. 

We will inspect the sample on your behalf and coordinate any necessary improvements, reducing back-and-forth shipping and ensuring the final version meets your expectations. This step allows you to verify quality, confirm specifications, and proceed with confidence.
